All work is subject to availability, weather conditions, and the terms of the written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer before work begins. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Baldwin Park Asphalt Paving are based on the information available at the time of assessment. A written estimate reflects the scope of work described and is valid for the period stated in the estimate document. If no expiration is stated, estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final pricing may differ from the estimate if the actual scope of work differs from what was assessed - for example, if site conditions reveal additional preparation work that was not visible during the estimate visit. We will notify you of any material change in scope before proceeding.
Verbal quotes are not binding. Only written estimates signed by an authorized representative of the Company constitute a binding price commitment.
Scheduling is confirmed when both parties agree to a start date in writing or by phone. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a scheduled job must be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered or equipment has been staged may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the written estimate or service agreement.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain disruptions, permitting delays, or acts of nature.
Payment terms are stated in the written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the written estimate.
We accept the payment methods listed in the written estimate or service agreement. Checks returned for insufficient funds may be subject to a returned-check fee.
Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under California law. If collection action is required, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorneys fees to the extent permitted by law.
Any warranty on completed work will be stated expressly in the written estimate or service agreement. Unless a specific warranty is stated in writing, all work is provided "as is."
We do not warrant that completed work will be free from defects caused by factors outside our control, including ground movement, tree root activity, improper use of the surface, or failure to perform recommended maintenance such as sealcoating on the schedule recommended by us.
The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Baldwin Park Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or from the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Baldwin Park, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
